Abstract
CD4(+)CD25(+)Foxp3(+) T-regulatory (Treg) cells play a fundamental role in the control of autoimmunity. Whether human CD4(+)CD25(+)Foxp3(+) Treg cells that recognize foreign antigens also exist is less clear.
